在工业4.0时代,衡量机器人的工作能力主要有以下几个方面的关键参数:反映机器人动作灵活性的自由度;机器人手臂与其他部分之间发生相对运动的关节数;机器人手臂或手部安装点所能达到的空间区域;点动速度和程序的执行速度;在规定的性能范围内,机械联结处能承受的最大压力;重复精度、最小移动距离和转角等,在上述提到的指标中通常情况下机器人的自由度、承受载荷能力是机器人的重要技术参数,一般来说自由度越高,机器人所能完成的动作越复杂,所能适用的工作场景就越广泛。一般工业机器人拥有3-6个自由度,而本文研究的智能搬运机器人拥有12个自由度,该搬运机器人的工作场景更加广泛。
